Never really knew what Pilates was all about, was told by a friend that it could potentially help out on some sports injuries and back pains I encounter caused by a severe car accident years ago. Was consulted by Matt, and he explained the science and method behind what pilates is, did some small exercises with me, and I am not exaggerating when I say this, I instantly felt relief and cracks in my body that I did not know about, and I felt amazing walking out of his studio. Beyond just the knowledge of Pilates, Matt is very knowledgeable in diet, nutrition, and vitamins and works with very reputable companies involved in the vitamin and nutrition world. Best thing about the experience there was NO PRESSURE! you almost felt like you belonged in the studio.. All I know is I have tried therapy and massages for years, but the real question is where has Pilates been!?!? A Body In Balance... well there's not much too say you must see it to believe it, or I should say FEEL it to believe it..
