Worst experience at a tire store! Ordered rims for my husband's truck for Christmas. We live FOUR HOURS AWAY, so we called them to confirm the rims came in. They weren't in, but they said they would get them from another distributor. Before our appointment. We show up for our appt today (10 days after we placed the order) and they take our keys. About an hour later we get a call that our rims aren't in but we can wait or come back. Again, I LIVE 4 HOURS AWAY. That's why I ordered them 10 days ago! Got a refund and left. Merry Christmas to hubby! You've got nada!
UPDATE - sent an email to corporate. Got a call from the store manager, who felt horrible about the situation. He sent the rims to a local shop and gave us a discount. Nice save!
