I've used Squeeky Kleen (SQ) Windows to take care of my windows for the last 3 years. They have been very good----until this last time. The crew cleaned the windows and when I pointed out a few spots that they missed, all he could say was why he couldn't have it 100% clean....Then why is the name of the company Squeeky Kleen??? Whereas, previous crews at SQ or other companies just cleaned the missing areas, which only took a few minutes, and then they were done. It actually took longer for the crew supervisor to complain about why it couldn't be done vs. him eventually calling his boss to have a conversation about my request and then finally cleaning those few missed areas. I was surprised about the company's latest quality of work/complaint, so that's why I rated only 3 stars.
