Jack came to my house for an estimate on my house. We agreed to a price. He sent me the contract which I signed and I also gave him a $1000 deposit. Then he indicated that I needed to initial his quote. I was traveling and didn't get to it on the day he expected. He canceled our job. When I called him to ask why he proceeded to lecture me on how he couldn't work with people who "couldn't hold up their end of the bargan." This after I showed his good faith by paying a hefty deposit. I finally talked him into coming back but he said he would only do it if I quote "thanked him for the price he gave and said how greatful I was that he was coming to do this work." I couldn't believe my ears and was silent, and he said again, "I still haven't heard you say that." To say he was volitile and scary is an understatement. You should be very cautious about allowing someone like that in your home. I told him under no uncertain terms that he wasn't allowed in mine. To his credit, he refunded me my $1000 deposit, but it was on my Visa and I would have disputed it regardless. Use Arizona Home Floors at your own risk
