This company sucks. They came out to repair my dryer and were paid by whirlpool under my warranty. They told me it was an electrical issue. I just had a second opinion from a professional appliance company and they were so wrong. Not to mention after they left my timer mysteriously broke. Thankfully I'm covered under my warranty. I also put in a complaint with whirlpool and Lowe's to stop contracting them.
