Awful. Dr. Liebmann was my mother's doctor. We needed his assistance when my mother needed an appointment so that we could have him complete some paperwork prior to being admitted into an assisted living facility as she was in the final stages of Alzheimer's. My father had just passed away. My family was devastated. His front office couldn't have been less sympathetic or helpful at a time when we needed him most. His front office staff is completely incompetent and heartless, which made me believe that he was just as bad.
