I do NOT recommend this location. The 2 staff members at this location refused to process the insurance refund I'd arranged through the corporate office. When making refund arrangements, the corporate office was adamant that I must visit a location in person in order to sign paperwork but that I would only be charged for 1 day of Dollar's coverage because I was addressing the unnecessary insurance coverage as soon as I was able to communicate with my insurance company. Dollar's staff were exceedingly rude, yelling at me that my comprehensive auto insurance would not cover their loss of use waiver. When I again spoke with my insurance company (Allstate), they confirmed that I was completely covered for any damage or liability associated with my rental. Although Allstate offered to speak with Dollar directly, there is NO cell phone service at the rental location so customers are unable to determine whether any of the information from the Dollar staff is accurate without leaving the building. My rental ended up costing twice as much due to the insurance that Dollar refused to refund as arranged (i.e. ~$460 instead of $200). My experience at this location was so horrific I am also filing formal complaints and seeking further retribution.
