Terrible customer service. Don't trade in your old iPhone 6s for the new iPhone 7. That "special" is BS. They took my iPhone 6s 64gb in great condition and said they would apply $650 to my account for new phone. I also confirmed that I could pay off balance of new phone at any time and upgrade. Went in to switch phone to iPhone 7 plus. All to find out, they took my iPhone 6s. And they only apply a credit every month for 2 years. Which they never once explained in the trade ! Meaning if I want an upgrade, they take away my credit all together. It disappears. And they gained my iPhone 6s. Regretting switching to Verizon from AT&T.
