The Ritz-Carlton in Charlotte is in my top three favorite hotels that I have stayed at in the past few years. The hotel is conveniently located in the center of the city with very nice valet service. The employees of the hotel were all extremely friendly and always asking if we needed anything during our stay. There are multiple places to grab a cocktail or snack as well as a chocolatier off of the main lobby. The room was very clean and up to date. The view of the city was extremely nice as we had the corner room facing the center part of the city. The only complaint we had was that there was loud music until around 2 A.M. which was keeping us awake one of the nights. We definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Charlotte.
