Called muffler shop and spoke to Jerry about my dad's 2011 Kia sol exhaust flange being broken. Jerry explained to bring it down so he can have his guy take a look at it and if I get there soon he could have it done while I wait depending on how bad it was. As I arrive I talked to Jerry and he had his guy take a look at it and explained that it can be done same day. Now for the price. Every where I called it was a minimum of an estimate of 300 to 500. Jerry gave me a lot of a better deal which allowed me to save some money for Christmas. Here is another kicker. While I was waiting for the vehicle to be finished an elderly man walked in need help and Jerry sent one of his guys to help him jump their car. Great customer service reason why MUFFLER SHOP is still in business. Will be doing future business with them.
