I have been coming to this lab a couple time a year for a few years. Staff changes constantly and some are not friendly. Sometimes there is a wait. I have tried making appointments online and over the phone and it's a hassle. That being said, there have been some nice staff members, short waits and great phlabotomist. Thus the 3 stars.
I just went last week. All new people. Waited less than 5 minutes. But the young man, at reception, acted like he'd rather be somewhere else. Couldn't be bothered to give me the time of day. But the phlabotomist, Stephan (pronounced Stef-on), was GREAT. Hope he's there when I go back in 6 months.
