Worst customer service I have experienced in 20 years; the rep was uncooperative, argumentative, and not honest about his lack of knowledge of the product he sells. He recommended a new ceiling fan receiver without any knowledge of reset process for the remote, which I learned from calling Whitman Fans. He would not accept the unused, unopened part back without a minimum 25% re-stocking fee plus postage which was credited back app 30 days following return. When asked why he would recommend receiver without knowing reset process, reply was "I am only a salesman". Bottom line: he is a tech when he wants to sell me a part, but a salesman when he has to accept responsibility for a bad decision. As a result, I, the customer, was penalized.
