The other day I visited this store to return/exchange an item that I had gotten as a gift to me from Forever21 since the sizing didn't fit me. I tried to see if I can get some sort of store credit or switch it out for something else when I realize the person at the cashier which I believe her name was Bianca gave me a very nasty and passive aggressive attitude. She informed me if I am not happy with their product to call customer service and that she couldn't help me going forward. Mind you, this was my first time in this store and I didn't know I can't exchange something without a receipt since it was a gift. She felt no remorse and kinda went to the next customer without any other help. Seems like she had this with another customer in the past.
Do not waste your time here at this location. Very messy and a change of management needs to happen ASAP.
