Great experience overall! Yoshwa and Farris really made our experience buying my new Golf a breeze. I never felt uncomfortable or intimidated at any point. I mean, when they gave me their offer for my trade in I told them that Blue Book showed a higher price. We went over to the computer and looked it up together! He then explained where their number came from and we found a happy middle ground. Thats the kind of dealership I want to go to, one where they don't haggle, everything is on the table and you get to have an easy going experience. Nowadays with all the info on the internet its too hard for a dealership to haggle... and they understand this... They even came back with better rates and numbers than the bank loan I had already acquired.
