I went into this facility to get my brakes done and felt like they were "trying" to take advantage of me because I'm a woman. I went in for one thing and then was trying to be sold on items that didn't need to be replaced, as the item was just replaced last year. After leaving the facility and being peeved about the whole thing, I went and got a second opinion despite already knowing that the item didn't need to be changed. My second opinion found nothing wrong and couldn't believe that I was told the part needed to be replaced. I was speaking to a friend about my experience and she had experienced the same exact thing about the same exact item that I was trying to be sold on. Sounds like there is a sales quota to meet and when they see a woman, they see an easy target. I won't be bringing my car there for any other work unless it's for my lifetime warranty on my brakes.
