I've been dealing with this business since moving to Chandler in 2003, primarily in sizing watch bands and replacing batteries. They've always been friendly, efficient and knowledgeable--a true family business.
What spurs me to write a review today is my recent experience in purchasing an engagement ring for my fiancee. After a couple of "misses" with another jeweler, I decided to visit Lenny and Jane and get some feedback on my purchase. Two hours of "diamond education" later, I purchased a beautiful ring from them. My fiancee was overwhelmed at the beauty of the ring, and was as impressed as I am after meeting the Rakhmans for sizing; she too felt completely comfortable with all the folks at the store, just as I have been for eight years.
Needless to say, we'll be back to pick out wedding bands, and of course the Rakhmans will always have my watch business (I own quite a few). These are great people and I have no hesitation in enthusiastically recommending them whenever I have the opportunity!
