I've never give my golden a hair cut before, was absolutely terrified of the idea of not liking the way he'd look. Told them my concerns, they were more than understanding and put me at ease. He came out looking great! They even trimmed his ear hairs on the spot because I wanted it shorter, and they even said I could bring him back the next day if I wanted.
