I've been to this location of the chain 2 times - and I've never had a problem. In fact, I was impressed. The front desk staff were friendly, and you pay upfront, so you don't have to after your blissful treatment. I love that idea. Located in the hotel, the steam room, sauna and hot tub are in a separate section from the main spa. It's a bit weird, but ti's very tranquil and quiet. It's nice not hearing people talk while you relax in the tub. They offer fresh bakery items in both their waiting room and their hot tub room. Fresh tea and ice water is also provided for you to sip on. It was a nice change from the usual spas that just offer tea and water. I have been there for a facial and 2 wraps/scrubs. Both times I had a wonderful lady named Svetlana (sp). She's amazing at what she does and is funny too! Given the location, size, and services I do find this place a bit pricey, I mean it's not the Stillwater. As an added bonus, this place partakes in the WaySpa program, so if you're looking for a place to use your GC, this is a good one.
