2.5 stars for the service; 3 for the food
i was not impressed with the breakfast here. i ordered takeout for my dad and i (note that i went down to bouchon super early when there was hardly a soul lurking)
1)croque madam - toasted ham & cheese on brioche with a fried egg & mornay sauce. served with pommes frites
2) boudin blanc - white sausage with scrambled eggs, croissant & beurre noisette (recommendation from the server)
the white sausage was so soft it seemed like i was eating pate. yuck!! ive never tasted such bad sausage. they also forgot my croissant. it irked me that i tipped them too. grrr!!!
my dad preferred the subsequent breakfasts we had from the food court at the venetian instead.
