This was my second time here. The first time, My nails were done very nice. But today, I left feeling personally attacked and pretty crappy. When she was doing my cuticles, she cut me and it hurt so I jumped. That's a normal reaction right? Then she got upset at me and asked me why I did that. And I said it hurt. And she asked if I was ok and I said yes ( not the first time I have had my cuticle cut too deep) but then she wouldn't drop it.
her- "you scared me"
me- "Im sorry"
her "why you jump like that??"
Me- I show her my finger that is bleeding "because you cut me"
her- "oh, not mean to offend anybody but you chicken." ....I just looked at her
her- " you have kids?"
me- "yeah" I was feeling really embarrassed now
Her- " how you have kids when little cut hurt you?"
She went on and on about how I should be use to getting cuts once in a while when I get my nails done and that I shouldn't have jumped like that because I scared her...
I told her I didn't want gel anymore, that I just wanted manicure. So she charged me the $12 and I left.....
What the hell??
Honestly, I should have known better because of the way I heard her talking about her other customers. The first time I was there, she saw a woman about to walking in and she said ," ahhh!! Dont come in here...." like she was annoyed at having to wait on people. Then, a woman and her husband ( who are regulars here) came in and she whispers about him to me the whole time " he follows her everywhere. And then he ask me stupid questions. I don't want to talk to him he stupid "
So, now I have to find a new place.
