F this place. We all know DMV is a damn nightmare, but now they try and pretend their "Qless system" helps. Well, first they told me 34 people ahead of me and one hour wait. After 20 minutes, 32 people and still an hour. Decided to wait at home. Kept checking and after an hour they said sat wait time 56mins. Next update was 41 minutes. Then a couple of minutes later I get a text telling me I am 19 minutes from being served. I start heading back. TEN minutes later I'm texted it's my turn. One minute later I'm told I lost my spot and will have to "get in line" again. If you have to go the DMV choose a different office. No idea how this is rated 3 stars!!!
