Wonderful customer service that you just don't find anymore. The quick response was unexpected but then Doug went to the trouble to fix the plumbing fiasco that another water softener company left behind. Fiasco is an understatement but YELP won't let my use cluster-****! I don't see how you could find better service Rain. Thank you Doug!
