I have had a negative experience with the Finance Manager, Trista Fernandez. When my lease was up, she never got back to me despite numerous calls and emails. She does not get back to you, honour meetings and is generally unprofessional. She spoke to me discourteously in front of all her staff when we had an appointment. First, she did not show up at the time we were to meet and was told by the sales manager in a rude tone, that she had another meeting despite making an appointment with me. When she finally showed up for our meeting 30 minutes later, she told me in front of the other sales staff and other customers "I would rather not see a customer that goes online and writes reviews about myself and my manager". Then, why make an appointment if you're not going to honour it. I do not recommend this dealership. David Prowse the sales manager is nice to deal with him but unfortunately, his staff are just not professional.
