This place is a perfect example of how 1 employed can give a company a bad name. Every one in sales are super nice and helpful. The lady in service is worthless. When dropping off my equipment she had a horrible attitude like I was bothering her by brining them my business. After multiple days with no phone calls I call to inquire about the status. She says someone should be calling me that day. That was over a week ago. I have called twice since and gotten no answers if it has even been looked at. I think I will just pick up my equipment and go somewhere that has their act together...wish I could give a zero star rating
