To be fair, I would've given this company a 2.5 star rating but that option isn't possible. We did the Groupon special but without Groupon. They gave us the same price just by mentioning it. The deal was 10 hours of move out cleaning with a crew of 3 for $189 (Meaning roughly 3 hours of cleaning with 3 people). Scheduling was easy and they were polite. We moved on Sunday and the crew came out the next day and cleaned with our landlord present. They ended up going over the cleaning time limit. The house was 1800 square feet, it should not have taken 3 people more than 3 hours to do. They charged us an additional $55 for the 45 minutes they went over. I'd like to add that we've had our home cleaned monthly for the last year we lived there. We do have 2 dogs and 2 kids under 3. So the house was not pristine but it wasn't disgusting either. The baseboards and windows needed a good clean...beyond that it wasn't a huge job. My husband wasn't thrilled by this so he called to discuss it with them. The owner ended up talking to my husband. Basically, he didn't care that the crew went over what was agreed upon. He wasn't rude but he wasn't very customer service oriented either. There was an agreed upon time for the crew to work and they didn't manage their time well. Overall, my landlord approved the work and said they did a decent job. I do not recommend them because they didn't hold up their end of the deal, are not concerned with customer service whatsoever, and a "decent" rating isn't worth the extra hour and $55 we paid. It wasn't a pleasant experience and I prefer to spend my money with companies who value my patronage by working for an amicable solution (not necessarily all my way or his way).
