At the outset, I should note that I am very particular and on a tight home improvement budget - in other words, a total dream client. I had contacted several welders about installing a carport and shade sails, and was routinely frustrated by their lack of communication and failure to listen to what I wanted. Paul was the opposite. He was detail-oriented, patient, and responsive throughout the process. Actually, Paul was more than responsive - he would proactively contact me if he anticipated a delay or an issue. Plus, his work is beautiful. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
