They are eager to get your business and money, but if you have a problem with their service, suddenly the phones don't work and no one is available to take your call! I will never use them again.
I called to schedule a move, giving the rep the full details of my home and belongings. He called back with a quote of cost and time needed which was acceptable. But on the day of the move, last-minute I was informed by the dispatcher that one of the movers (of 3) was not available. Then, when the other 2 movers arrived 30 minutes late, the first thing they asked was "Do you have to move TODAY?". What???
Apparently, the rep who scheduled the appointment had found a previous record of a move I had done with them, and used that old information of home contents and home description, rather than the lengthy data I provided just days before. So the movers were unprepared to move me.
The two movers did the move, but overall it took 2X as long and cost over 50% of the quote. Much of the time was wasted in the movers calling dispatch and being repeatedly promised a 3rd mover would arrive to help. In fact, over 1.5 hours was no work going on as the first 2 movers waited for the third! And I was charged for this time! And, I was charged overtime since the entire move took 9.5 hours vs. the quoted 4.
I tried repeatedly to contact the rep who took my original call or a manager, but no one was ever in the office, or seemed to know when anyone WOULD be in. In the end, no one ever called me back, after 5 or so calls.
I do not recommend this company to anyone, unless you are looking to waste your time and throw away your money on bad service.
