I am shocked to read the online reviews of WFDS. I've had one loan with WFDS since 02/2012, and that has been going so well my bf and I just refinanced his car with them for a much lower fixed rate. I always elect the automatic loan payment, don't ever skip a month even when there is no payment due and I pay more than the affixed amount. I must also mention I've called them maybe twice since opening my account and each time the CS were nothing but courteous and extremely helpful. Their Refinance Dept. were excellent the 2nd time around, with constant updates on the status of my loan app and follow through. I had my loan documents a day after approval and overnighted it back to them by Fed-ex, at their expense. I can only speak for me, but I have had nothing but good experiences with them, and I intend to use them for all my future auto financing needs. I would recommend them to any one who is interested in good rates, fast service and a willingness to meet the loan obligations as agreed to in their buyer's contract.
