I would give the store a 5 star but the floral department a -5 star. The guy that works in the floral department is a big jerk.... I have stopped by 3 times so far to have a huge floral arrangement made and all 3 times he has told me that he is super busy and that I should come back later. Every time I stop at vons they make one for me right there and then. This is a joke smiths.... he is there for a reason to help customers out. He has failed me every time. Mind you I was ready to spend $100 on flowers but all I spent was $25 on orchids. I will never come back here for flowers
