Same as many others...the owner of the condo I rent from uses this place as their management company and they refuse to relay my requests concerning renewal and upgrades with the owner. The property manager, Donna, continuously promises to get back to me and then does not. I offered to sign another two year lease and she will not tell the owner; just keeps saying he's thinking about it. This has gone on for weeks. I ever offered to SPLIT the cost to replace the very old and dirty carpeting that has been since 2003, and Donna will not ask him. I called her broker Rosa today to find out why Donna is avoiding letting me talk to the owner and she simply sounded like an incompetent idiot who also could care less about the owner maintaining a loyal tenant. I hope owners DO NOT use these people. They are horrid.
