Usually I go to Harkins because they are closer to me and I have never had a bad experience but I was recently given a couple of AMC gift cards. I used the first one at westgate amc that was the worst movie experience I have ever had so I was pretty reluctant to come here but my son said he always come to this theater so I figured I would try it out and use my last gift card. I was so pleasantly surprised this theater is great!!! Total opposite of the AMC at westgate. First off there was actually 4 people at the ticket area as opposed to 1 at the other location. The people here are actually friendly, you get to choose your seat which is really cool. Second the concession areas are neat and clean also friendly people there. Drinks are the new Coca-Cola many options fountains which can be cool but if its busy you do stand in line to get a cup and then again to fill it but hey refills are free. Lastly when we entered the theater it was clean, and spacious all the seats are leather recliners and spaced with enough room so you don't feel so close to someone you don't even know. Plenty of walking room, no one bumping into your seat, great sound and picture in the theater. Good Job AMC!!
