Thus far, I am very displeased with this law group. 33.3% off your GROSS settlement (so before medical), the assistant (or paralegal, whatever) Sara is wonderful and attentive, but the lawyers are not. We have been shifted lawyers 3 times since we signed on with them. Over the phone, you are spoken AT with a very demeaning tone. The lawyers will be walking away with more money from my case than I will.
Long story short, settle your own case. Attempt 200% total loss and do not accept an insurance company's offer until it has been stated that this is their highest possible, final offer.
