I had my oil changed at Terrible Herbst on Blue Diamond and within 25 miles my engine made a horrible sound, over heated and died. We found out that the coolant cap was placed on broken and there was no coolant in my car which resulted in destroying my engine...they admitted their technician "topped" off my coolant but hired an "expert" who has determined it was broke prior and you guessed it, they are not taking responsibility!!! It's over $5000 for a new engine that I have never had an issue with prior to going into their shop..DON'T ever use these guys, they are hacks and then can't take responsibility for their mistakes!!! I hope the big corporation is happy to trample on the average person!!!!
