The customer service was great from the time I came in. I was there to get two piercings, an industrial and a tragus. We went over everything, including the fact that sometimes an industrial doesn't work so I selected a back up option.
Once I got back to JD he was also very helpful and informative. I ended up getting a helix instead of the industrial based on his advice, although he was fine doing either one. The place was very clean and the process was smooth and comfortable. The only thing that I didn't like was not knowing the price before I went back to JD. Overall I will recommend this place to anyone looking to get a good piercing by professional people.
