I recently moved into a new home near the Ft. Apache and Tropicana Lowes. I needed new dead bolt locks and decided on the keyless Schlage brand. You can also use a key if need be. I initially bought three and wanted them all to have the same key. Carlos was the associate who re-keyed them all at $5 per lock. What a tedious and complicated skill to have. A man of few words, but oh does he know his trade. After being in the home for a week, I needed a couple more and Carlos was up to the task with a smile on his face. Because of Carlos and the great customer service I received, I have stopped going to Home Depot and am a dedicated Lowe's customer. Thank you!
