This spa has poor customer service. It is impossible to get appointments. Those "specials" are a rip off you can never get in, and they don't even cut your cuticles. I don't usually rate a nail spa, especially until I have it a fair chance. This place had me stuck on credits I could not return. I could never book an appointment because no one answered the phone , the services offered online were hard to book or personalize as well. I felt very uncomfortable with the staff because I could tell they had a poor customer is always wrong attitude and I'm glad my credits are finally used up and I will not have to go back.
