This location is not customer oriented. The banking industry is very competitive, unfortunately employees here don't get it. Today I had a very unpleasant experience with Jose, who seemed to make it his personal pleasure over my loss and basically told me that I was stupid in an indirect way. I completely gave up on using this location, though it is the closest to my home. The lady upfront was very nice, but the bottom line it is not only about how nice the people that work here are, but how efficient and competent they are. Even while waiting for my appointment (it was on time) I witnessed how a banker kept telling a lady at the window phrases like "I don't know" "I am not sure" until she asked him to go ask someone else who knew the answer to her question. My previous time I had the same experience with the same banker. I don't know if it's improper training or poor people skills, but it is unprofessional and I wouldn't trust these specific people to handle my business. After I spent 4 hours in total today for going back and forth between locations for minor thing, I ended up going back to my old branch, where they were surprised, that people (Jose in particular) at this location gave me hard time over minor issue. I spoke with the manager over the phone later on. She was nice, but didn't seem to care to listen to my side of the story, her attitude was as if she already knew everything she needed to know and in resolution she decided to speak with employees at the other branch as if they were wrong by accommodating a customer (me). Oh well.
