This is the worst contact lens place ever in the world. The workers there are very racist and mean, especially Kim, one of their people. They were supposed to order my acuvue contact lens free trial 2 months ago and as of now, they still haven't done it yet when the usual and normal timeframe is no more than 2 weeks. No one there even bothered to call to let me know of the status of my lens and when I called them on numerous occasions inquiring about it, the Kim woman was always mean, rude, unhelpful and appear to be very racist. She wouldn't help me at all or even offer to help and was so negative and discriminating. I had to complaint about her to her supervisor named Bonnie and she wasn't any more helpful or better making false promises and lying about it. As of now which have been about 2months after my eye exam, they still haven't ordered anything that they were supposed to for me yet and I'm pretty unhappy with the way these white people have continuously discriminated me! I will never ever go there again and will complaint to their corporate manager and wait to see if anything will be done which I doubt it!
