Honestly I was completely terrified to come into the office. I had horrible experiences at the one in Lorain that kept me away from a dentist office for a year and a half. After finally pressing myself to finally get the courage to make the appointment I decided trying the one in North Olmsted since it is down the street from my work and home. When I called the receptionist was very nice and got me in the next day which I loved. When I cam I the office she already knew who I was and was very friendly. After filling out my paperwork I waited for about 5 minutes tops and was taken back. I couldn't brag enough about the dental assistant! She was completely awesome! From thoroughly explaining everything to me to being very kind. She was an all around rock star. I have made another appointment for next week for fillings and my next cleaning in six months. I couldn't brag about this place enough I was actually shocked when I saw bad reviews on here afterwards. I will continue to come back here.
