It has been 3 weeks of living in our new house and the yard still hasn't been taken care of like they said it would be before move in (despite our 2 phone calls and 3 emails.) We asked for our mailbox key at signing and were told we don't need one and that we have a slot on the side of our house? When we moved in we asked for the key AGAIN explaining that they were wrong - we do need a key. Or contact didn't respond for a week. The only reason he followed up at all was because I continued to call/email. We had to go pay and get the lock figured out/changed, and new keys ordered all on our own from USPS (which took another week just to order). The big garage door doesn't work (still!) and they do not send people out to fix anything when they say they will. AVOID THIS COMPANY. Cute house - horrible management.
