I buy most of my meat here. It is a great spot but I can't always fit my schedule to theirs (they're closed Sunday and Monday). The home-made sausages are definitely recommended as is the home-made pasta and pasta sauce. They sell cheese, sliced meats, eggs, olive oil, dried pasta, canned tomatoes as well.
I've found the prices are quite reasonable when compared to the box stores. I always order my holiday roasts and birds from them. Most if not all of their meat is from Ontario and if you have any questions they're always happy to discuss.
