I really enjoy going to see movies at the B&B theater in Mesa. The employees are polite and the customer service is great. I like the Backstage Pass deal where get discounts on concession items and accumulate points towards movie ticket purchases. What I don't like is how the theaters are run down. I can't understand why the corporate offices won't budget in money for repairs. The seats in most all of the theaters are broken and torn. I have written to B&B a few times but things have not changed. It's disappointing and I really do hope that the corporate management will refurbish this location soon.
