My stay was one of the worst hotel experiences ever. First, as soon as I walked in the room, there was a very large stain on the carpet, which made me feel like I was in an old and dirty room. The bathroom shower was dated and tiny. Also, I could hear the cars from the highway from my window. Next, the wifi was HORRIBLE. I am traveling on business and couldn't keep a wifi signal or strong connection. I spent about 3 hours that week in total on the line with IT support service, but the issue was not resolved. Another issue that I had was with the Laundry service. I paid a premium price to have the promised delivery of my clothes in my room by 6pm. I get back from work at 7pm and my clothes are nowhere to be found. I call the front desk only to be connected with a rude response from the man working at the front desk. I shared my frustration and he was not willing to give me a break on the price as the service they promised (and that I paid for) was not fulfilled. Last, but not least, the food there is limited, expensive and not good. I ordered a Cobb salad - $15 and it had next to no dressing, prepackaged ingredients and lack of flavor. Also, a glass of house wine - $14!!! Crazy. Not worth it.
