Had them come to my condo to repair bathroom faucet with no hot water. It was under home warranty, so only cost 100 dollar deductable. We also found some deficiencies such as stuck shut off valves, and a leak in the kitchen faucet. Then the fun began, the "office" called time and time again to try and sell us on them replacing the valves and faucet. They wanted 70 bucks per valve, and over 400 dollars to replace the faucet. Seemed like they were more a sales organization than a plumbing repair one.
