As a bakery, Il Fornaio is to die for. I mean, the breads and the pastries are just so nice. But, I come back daily every time I'm in Vegas for the bacon and cheese croissant. I can't explain why I love it so much. It's just the flakiness of the croissant with the saltiness of the bacon, and the creamy cheese. It's so scrumptious. I've tried their boxed lunches, their fruit, their boiled eggs. I've been here a bunch of times, and I can't rave enough about how much I love their food. The lines can get a little backed up during breakfast, so speed can be an issue. They also compete with a newer Starbucks in the hotel, so I'm a little worried about this little bakery. Please, while you're in Vegas, give them a chance. Their food is truly good.
