The place needs cleaning (daily). It took me 3 weeks to get a name of a manager because they had one 'visiting' on Wednesdays in which I could get absolutely no response. Finally, I waited 30 minutes until a 'manager' arrived. We walked him through the place - monitors not working on machines (for over 2 months), machines not cleaned, Men's room - puke/something splattered on lockers and there for 4 weeks, mold in showers and air vents, door handles and towel racks falling off of walls, people 'living' in the dressing room (washing clothes in sinks, eating and storing stuff for weeks at a time) and floors that have not been cleaned in weeks.
After taking him around, he said there were 70+ items noted previously to be fixed and "he was on it". Here we are two weeks later...still no improvement.
We are back to the search for a new gym. Great location but the place is filthy.
