We had Clayton come out to a house we were renting several years ago to work on the AC unit, he was not only very knowledgeable, he was down to earth and took the time to explain everything to me in terms I could understand and for a Woman to be able to not be talked down at, but rather have someone listen to her concerns and actually explain it so you can understand means a lot. We found out that they are a local Family business and that was a PLUS PLUS in our book. Being a family owned and operated business we try our best to support other's like ourselves.
