For the last eight months, I have been a very satisfied client at Tempe Nails and Wax under its new ownership. The current Owner/Manager and her Staff appear to be committed to providing excellent, efficient, effective customer care and service. They keep the Salon, the furnishings, and equipment meticulously clean and tools and materials sterilized and stain-free. When possible, they accommodate unscheduled walk-ins, but give priority to clients with appointments (it's possible that walk-ins wrote/posted the two 2-star "negative" reviews).
Just like Yelp 5-star Reviewer Amanda M, I went to this salon for 2-3 years when managed by its previous owners simply because of its convenient location even though its customer service was abysmal. The difference between then and now is the difference between night and day!
