I called Plumbing Medic when my water heater's pilot light wouldn't come on, two days before leaving for a two week vacation. Francisco arrived promptly, helped order the right part and schedule time to come back to repair the heater. He gave me three quotes to repair the heater, replace it with their product or replace it with my store-bought product. When he returned, the heater was leaking badly and could not be repaired. I scheduled Francisco to come back to completely replace the heater with Plumbing Medic's product. He was prompt, professional, efficient and went above and beyond the call of duty. While he was repairing the water heater, I asked him to look at my leaky toilet, which we determined would be cheaper to replace. I expected that he would have to finish the water heater job then come back at a later date. But no, Francisco stayed and completed both jobs (even going to Home Depot with me to get a toilet and parts). He stayed at my house until both jobs were completed successfully. He is a straight-shooter and I never felt taken advantage of. I will definitely call Plumbing Medic and Francisco again.
