From the first contact I had with the E Crew tile and carpet cleaning services I was impressed! I called asking questions about my tile but was looking for carpet cleaning as well. I was comfortable with all of the answers about my grout and the insane amount if stairs I have that are carpeted!
The quote was so reasonable that I couldn't resist! I had called several places for a quote and many of them were unable to answer my questions. MostIy got the 'the technician will have to tell you when they get there'. So E Crew won with its great customer service on the phone.
